Happy Cinco De Mayo!!
I just wanted to tell you about my celebration. We had taco soup for dinner. And then I made sopapillas. They turned out fantastic. My only issue was that there was only one person out of the 8 that came, that have heard of them. Are sopapillas not normal? Anyways, I am proud of myself and just wanted to brag a little.

yah, don't they know scones are like muffins? crazy utah/idaho mormons!
Which recipe did you use? I love soapy pillows but haven't made them in awhile. I'd make them right now but I'm dying from the piggy flu.
Way to go! I had stir fry for breakfast and a French Dip sandwich for lunch on the 5th of May. Apparently I boycotted Mexico and didn't even know it!
